Correction to Campfire post regarding Kerry Blackman.
Kerry Blackman, Managing Director of Gidarjil Corporation, and former ATSIC Commissioner, was named in a post titled “Kabi People want Social Justice”, dated on or about 16 December 2012, on the NITV Campfire online discussion forum. The post was available from the date of publication to 10 January 2013. Mr. Blackman has raised concerns that readers may have interpreted the post to mean that Mr. Blackman has engaged in fraudulent and disingenuous activity in relation to his involvement with the Port Curtis Coral Coast group in making applications for Native Title. NITV does not support any claim that Mr Blackman has been involved in fraudulent activity of the kind described; and retracts any assertions of this nature contained within the post.
